Kamado-san from Nagatanien, an Iga-yaki pottery company founded in 1873, provides the authentic taste of cooking rice in a kamado, fluffy rice, without the need to adjust the heat.

The secret of its deliciousness. The far-infrared effect allows the heat to penetrate to the core of the rice, resulting in fluffy rice.

The thick-walled finish of the open flame part stores and gently transmits heat, providing excellent heat retention. The double lid functions as a pressure cooker and prevents spills. The earthenware pot breathes just like a wooden pot, and the rice does not get sticky. The clay pot breathes just like a wooden pot, so the rice does not get sticky.
